Essi believes connection is the foundation for our wellbeing. She is an Intuitive Wellbeing Coach who holds a BA in Journalism and MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.

By combining her communications expertise, positive psychology knowledge and her gift of connecting with people, Essi founded Connected You to bring women together to support each other, connecting heart to heart for wellbeing, work on personal development through workshops and events, and share experiences to make long-lasting connections.

Everything she doed is to help you to create a Connected YOU: who feels connected within You, with Others and the wider world and the Universe to create a heart-led, fulfilling life.

Essi also does 1:1 coaching on her HEARTFUL method which is about supporting people to reconnect with themselves after heartbreaking life events or through big life transitions, find their direction for a fulfilling life and support them to start and go after it!
